Hong Youqiang, Graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University, Served as a justice in Zhanjiang. During his tenure as Vice-president of Guangzhou Evergrande F.C, Mr Hong Youqiang was responsible for the establishment of the FC and organization of the Football Youth Training.

Mr Hong Youqiang is now served as the Vice President of the R&F Guangzhou FC and Headmaster of R&F Soccer School. He has a broad array of managerial experience in Sports Management and the school is founded on the idea that standardization, professionalism and branding . He pays much more attention to mental growth and knowledge structure in Youth Training.
