Cliff Hegan was born and raised close to Southampton in England. Fanatically supporting the Saints has been a lifelong commitment since their famous FA Cup Final victory over Manchester United in 1976. His career spans working on tug boats in Southampton Port, retail, IT programming, production control and supply chain management. In 2003 he moved to North America to live for 4 years and in 2007 came to Shanghai for the 1st time where soon after he met his wife and business partner Katherine and they have been successful headhunting entrepreneurs since 2008. Cliff has now partnered with Olaf and Nils Shumaler and helped them build a ONExperience management team whose mission is to ensure China creates a World Cup winning opportunity through forging close 2 way long term relationships between China football and top European Professional clubs.
