Biography
Black belt of Judo, Romuald Nguyen has a master’s degree in law with specialization in sport at the CDES de Limoges and a master of finance from the ESSEC Business School. After 5 years as the director of the American Fooball Federation, he became head of the refereeing unit of the French Football Federation (FFF). Since 2013, he is the head of institutional and international affairs of the FFF and is appointed as a venue director for UEFA.
